WARRANTY REPAIRS

The fastest way to resolve all fitness equipment repairs still under warranty is to contact the manufacturer first.

 

Most of the time, a trained manufacturer tech will help you find a solution over the phone. If not, they will create a work order for an on-site visit.

Please take the following steps for the fastest service:

  1. Collect and have with you; serial numbers, make & models and descriptions of the issues.

  2. Contact the Manufacturer. *We've listed a few below

  3. After contacting the manufacturer, please contact your Foundation Fitness rep, if needed, for additional concerns.
