Whether your equipment is still under warranty or not, our qualified Foundation Fitness service technicians will help you find a solution.
The fastest way to receive assistance on all equipment still under warranty is to contact the manufacturer first. Most of the time, a trained manufacturer tech will be able to help you find a solution over the phone. If not, he or she will create a work order for an on-site visit.
Please take the following steps for the fastest service:
- Contact the manufacturer. Have serial numbers, make/models, & descriptions of the issues on hand.
- After contacting the manufacturer, please contact your Foundation Fitness rep, if needed, for additional concerns.
For assistance on all non-warrantied equipment, please submit a service request and a Foundation Fitness service technician will contact you within 1 business day to troubleshoot and/or schedule an on-site visit.
